  1. Very nice - I will fashion talking points and go from there. If at any time you feel you are stretched too thinly please let me know. I do not want to start down this road only to discover you don’t have time for the work. I am not referring the business I am looking for a partner.

    Thanks,

    Joyce

  2. Any ideas on what to do with old vacant buildings 10,000+sf located in a small town in the direct growth path of San Antonio and Austin, Texas?

One is an old newspaper building converted into 40 offices for Dept. of Human Resources, now vacant over 20 years..
Old Slaughter House 10000+sf next door to newspaper building, still
as is when in operation, now vacant over 20 years.
Both can be purchased under $25.00sf.
Community also looking for someone to provide affordable apartment complexes-200 + units.

  3. Mr. Smith,
I’m actually contacting you for a couple of reasons.
The first being, I signed up for the tele-conference that is taking place Wednesday April 25th. However, I haven’t received a number to call.
Second, I noticed that you train Long and Foster Agents. I’m an agent with Long and Foster and I was wondering if or when you are planning to do another training session in the DC-metro area.

    Thank you

    Aaron

Based on my 6 years of investing experience, people who are educated in the investing process and understand investing strategies are the most successful. I came across some free investment strategy videos and this ebook that I thought would be cool to share with everyone. You can download it at http://www.SamBell3rd.com . Happy investing and I hope this resource is a benefit for you.
