Check this site out by John T. Reed Reed Guru Ratings It rates, in his opinion, various RE gurus. He backs up his ratings with documents and facts and of course lots of editorial. It is basically pretty good and if nothing else funny.
Interesting “Red Lined” or black balled if you wish, gurus include Robert Kiyosaki, David Lindahl, Ron LeGrand, Russ Whitney, Success Magazine, Dolf De Roos, Robert G. Allen and others. Also, many gurus recommended or no opinion.
Here is a brief excerpt.
“Real estate investment advice is the only field I know where the worst material available is also the most expensive.”*
